Description

You will design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements for Windchill PLM based on user requirements and technical designs. You will own the technical delivery within the SAFe Agile framework, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to meet Program Increment objectives. You will collaborate with the squad on story refinement, technical design discussions, and effort estimation to ensure well-defined tasks and timelines. You will provide guidance to team members for problem-solving and assist in training them on new Windchill PLM features. You will stay current with Windchill PLM best practices and recommend process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom Windchill PLM solutions and enhancements.
• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of PI objectives.
• Collaborate on story refinement, technical design, and effort estimation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to squad members.
• Train team members on new Windchill PLM features and functionalities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Core Java.
• Strong technical expertise in Windchill PLM development.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, specifically SAFe.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other PLM systems (e.g., Eis PLM).
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
