Description

Design, develop, and implement custom solutions for Windchill PLM. Own the full development lifecycle from requirement analysis to troubleshooting and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom enhancements for Windchill PLM based on user requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to team members.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate on story refinement, technical discussions, and effort estimations.
• Stay updated with Windchill PLM enhancements and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Windchill PLM development.
• Strong expertise in Core Java.
• Hands-on experience with EIS PLM – Windchill.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting training and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Proven track record of recommending and implementing process improvements.
