Description

Build and maintain custom solutions within the Windchill PLM environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom enhancements for Windchill PLM based on technical designs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives within the SAFe framework.
• Collaborate on story refinement, technical design discussions, and effort estimation.
• Identify process improvements and suggest updates based on Windchill PLM enhancements.
• Assist team members with technical challenges and train on new system features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong command of Core Java and Java development practices.
• Proficiency in Windchill Developer practices and customization.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies, specifically SAFe.
• Ability to perform technical design and complex problem-solving.
• Knowledge of PLM best practices and process improvements.
• Familiarity with EiS (Enterprise Information System) concepts.
