Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions for Windchill PLM.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, adhering to the SAFe framework for PI objectives.
• Provide guidance on solving technical challenges for squad members.
• Collaborate during story refinement and technical design discussions.
• Assist in training team members on new Windchill PLM features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on development experience with the Windchill PLM system.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Experience with SAFe framework implementation.
• Ability to contribute to technical design and effort estimation.
• Any Graduate degree.
