Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to align them with Windchill PLM capabilities.
• Configure and customize Windchill PLM solutions to support functional requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and product management teams to ensure system integration.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate users on functionality and best practices.
• Document functional requirements, system configurations, and user guides.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in PLM environments.
• Deep functional knowledge of Windchill.
• Expertise in PLM solution configuration.
• Ability to document complex system configurations and user guides.
• Experience conducting user training and workshops.
• Proven ability to analyze and map business processes to software capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
