Description

You will lead Windchill implementation projects, translating business needs into functional and technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and conference room pilots to analyze customer business requirements.
• Map business needs into technical solution blueprints and functional documentation.
• Configure and customize Windchill modules, including Part/CAD/Document Management, Change Management, and Workflow.
• Lead small teams focused on specific workstreams within larger projects.
• Document use cases, technical requirements, and mass communication materials.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, PartsLink, and MPMLink.
• Proficiency in Java J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Windchill APIs, data structures, and bulk data migration.
• Experience with Web Services and application development environments.
• Ability to write SQL queries, database procedures, and manage database design/administration.
• Hands-on experience with Windchill Configuration, Customizations, Options Variants, and Vendor collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint for technical presentations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with US-based customers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PTC Creo and other PTC software.
• Knowledge of Windchill integrations.
