Description

Lead technical support and administration for the Windchill PLM environment, managing critical incidents and system stability.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for P0, P1, and P2 incidents, performing L2 and L3 troubleshooting and resolution.
• Execute Windchill PLM configurations, customizations, and Modeler tasks to maintain system integrity.
• Manage support environments, including planning and executing upgrades and migrations of PTC products.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and participate in Client Review Board meetings to align technical deliverables.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional experience in software engineering or technical administration.
• Expertise in Windchill PLM System Administration and Business Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Windchill PLM configurations and customizations.
• Proficiency in Change Management and BOM Management workflows.
• Experience with PDM Link, Project Link, and MPM Link integrations.
• Direct experience with CAD Management and tools including Creo, SolidWorks, and Catia.
• Knowledge of AWS, ThingWorx, and ThingWorx Navigate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex PTC product migrations.
