Description

You will act as the primary technical point of contact for Windchill PLM, managing critical P0, P1, and P2 issues.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end support, configuration, migration, and upgrading of PTC products.
• Coordinate across different teams to provide solutions for critical system issues.
• Participate in Client Review Board meetings to align technical delivery with business needs.
• Manage and maintain all Windchill PLM support environments.
• Execute Windchill configurations and customizations to support large-scale user deployments.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience with Windchill PLM configurations and customizations.
• Hands-on experience in System Administration and Business Administration.
• Deep knowledge of PDM Link, Project Link, and MPM Link.
• Expertise in Change Management and Windchill Modeler.
• Proven ability to handle high-priority technical support and incident resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Thingworx Navigate.
• Proficiency with CAD tools including Creo, Catia, or Solidworks.
