Description

You will lead technical support and configuration for Windchill PLM environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical contact for P0, P1, and P2 issues.
• Own end-to-end support, configuration, migration, and upgrades of PTC products.
• Manage and maintain all Windchill PLM support environments.
• Coordinate across teams to resolve critical system issues.
• Participate in Client Review Board meetings to align technical delivery.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience with Windchill PLM configurations and customizations.
• Hands-on System Administration and Business Administration experience.
• Deep knowledge of PDM Link, Project Link, and MPM Link.
• Expertise in Change Management and Windchill Modeler.
• Proven ability to handle high-priority incident resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Thingworx Navigate.
• Proficiency with CAD tools including Creo, Catia, or Solidworks.
