Description

You will manage, customize, and optimize the PTC FlexPLM system to align with business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize FlexPLM modules including Line Planning, BOM, Merchandising, Design, and Sourcing.
• Administer system performance, user access control (ACL), and deploy updates.
• Troubleshoot issues and manage integrations with external systems.
• Perform system, integration, and UAT testing to validate configurations.
• Provide user training, support, and documentation for FlexPLM workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with FlexPLM implementation and maintenance.
• Deep expertise in FlexPLM and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL skills for data management and queries.
• Experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and monitoring via Splunk.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Node.js, JQuery).
• Experience with web services, JIRA, and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Windchill PLM in addition to FlexPLM.
• Background in manufacturing or retail supply chain domains.
