Description

Lead technical implementation teams to design and deliver Windchill-based solutions for complex business processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Windchill implementation solutions based on gathered business requirements.
• Lead technical teams through the analysis of requirements and the design of PTC solutions.
• Execute deep Windchill customizations including Wizards, Pickers, Form Processors, Delegates, and Server-Side/UI logic.
• Manage data migration, workflow customization, and Info Engine/JDBC Adapter configurations.
• Apply software design lifecycle methodologies and follow quality processes through peer reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Windchill implementation and customization.
• Expertise in Windchill architecture and PLM domain functional knowledge.
• Proficiency in JAVA, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, and Struts.
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate, and JSF.
• Strong knowledge of Security, Web Services, JAXB, and XML.
• Experience customizing MVC builders, data utilities, validators, and links.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams in a solution design capacity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Windchill workflow and Info Engine customization.
