Description

You will architect and deliver PTC Windchill PLM solutions, overseeing customization, integration, and migration strategies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect Windchill PLM (11.x-13.x) solutions including PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, and PartsLink.
• Lead customization efforts using Java, JCA, JSP, MVC, Info*Engine, OData, and REST APIs.
• Manage Windchill upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning for large-scale deployments.
• Integrate Windchill with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, MES, Teamcenter, and Enovia.
• Configure security, LDAP, SSO, and Method Server environments while ensuring data integrity.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in PLM solution architecture and implementation.
• Deep expertise in PTC Windchill PLM modules and data models.
• Proficient in Java-based customization, JCA, and Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with Creo Integration (WGM) and CAD data management.
• Strong background in database administration (Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL).
• Experience integrating with ERP and MES systems.
• Familiarity with Apache Tomcat and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Jenkins.
• Experience with Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) and container technologies.
