Description

You will manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windchill software and its associated applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windchill software and related applications.
• Monitor system performance to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and data security within the Windchill environment.
• Develop and implement backup and recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams on system enhancements and audits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Windchill administration and support.
• Deep knowledge of Windchill architecture, modules, and functionalities.
• Experience with Windchill customization using Java, JSP, and XML.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support for end-users.
