Description

Manage the large-scale migration of approximately 9,500 computers from Windows 10 to Windows 11 across multiple sites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute the end-to-end migration of Windows 10 devices to Windows 11.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for Windows 11 issues via phone, email, and onsite visits.
• Deliver onsite pre- and post-migration support, including floorwalking and mop-up sessions.
• Travel to various locations across Essex, London, and Kent to provide technical assistance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional technical experience.
• Deep technical knowledge of Windows and Windows 11 environments.
• Proven experience providing 2nd and 3rd line technical support.
• Ability to perform onsite support and floorwalking.
• Must have a personal vehicle for commuting between sites.
• Must be able to travel across Essex, London, and Kent.
