Description

You will manage the installation, de-installation, and migration of EUC equipment and software across customer sites, ensuring minimal operational disruption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule all moves, adds, and changes (IMACs) with internal IT functions and third-party providers.
• Plan and execute equipment and software deployments to meet defined service levels.
• Provide onsite field support and travel to sites on-demand to resolve end-user issues.
• Minimize operational interruptions during hardware and software transitions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop environments.
• Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems.
• Proven track record managing large-scale migrations.
• Experience with hardware and software installations.
• Ability to support onsite field operations during standard business hours (6 AM - 8 PM CST).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.
