Description

You will manage Windows 365 Cloud PC environments and endpoint management operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows 365 Cloud PCs using OnPrem and SaaS endpoint managers.
• Secure and validate Cloud PC deployments to ensure compliance with security guidelines.
• Maintain and enforce modern application deployment via Microsoft Intune.
• Create, test, and deploy provisioning profiles based on project requirements.
• Monitor Azure network connection health and troubleshoot with networking teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in W365 Cloud PC management.
• Expertise in Microsoft Intune and SaaS endpoint management.
• Experience with Citrix and UAM environments.
• Ability to provision and deprovision Cloud PCs and troubleshoot issues with Service Desk, UAM, and Citrix teams.
• Generate bi-weekly reports on login counts and usage patterns using Nexthink and Intune.
• Audit logs using PowerShell and available console tools.
• Strong understanding of Azure network monitoring.
