Description
You will manage and maintain the Windows infrastructure and support end-user operations.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues across Windows OS, Outlook, and O365 applications.
- Manage datacenter operations and endpoint security.
- Handle major incidents and domain-level troubleshooting within the Windows environment.
- Apply ITIL/ITSM processes, including SLA and Change/Release Management.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Windows administration.
- Proficiency with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services.
- Experience managing file servers and virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes.
- Familiarity with service desk tools, ideally ServiceNow.
- Experience with software installation procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
