Description

You will manage and support Windows endpoints and servers, handling administration, configuration, and upgradation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows server administration, configuration, and upgradation.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Outlook, and O365 application issues.
• Handle major incidents and troubleshooting within the Windows domain.
• Manage datacenter operations and endpoint security.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Windows server administration and endpoint support.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File Server technologies.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes, including SLA and Change/Release Management.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a Windows domain environment.
• Experience installing and managing software.
