Description

You will manage Windows environments and provide essential infrastructure support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer O365 applications, Outlook, and Windows OS environments.
• Perform server and endpoint security troubleshooting and management.
• Handle major incidents and complex troubleshooting within the Windows domain.
• Manage datacenter operations, including file server and virtualization technologies.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Windows administration.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM processes, including SLA and Change Management.
• Experience with software installation and Windows domain troubleshooting.
• Understanding of endpoint security management.
• Experience using ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex Windows infrastructure issues.
