Description
You will manage and secure enterprise-scale Windows and virtualization infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement server systems including Active Directory, NPS, and DHCP.
- Manage physical server lifecycles, including firmware upgrades, hardware vendor coordination, and warranty maintenance.
- Perform root cause analysis and performance tuning for Windows OS issues, including crash dump and event analysis.
- Execute server deployment, scaling, and security configurations across virtual and cloud environments.
- Act as the final escalation point for Windows server and virtualization system issues.
- Document technical design specifications and automate systems to support day-2 operations.
Required Skills
- 6-8+ years of experience supporting multi-server enterprise environments (600+ servers, 2,000+ users).
- Expertise in Active Directory (Domain Services, GPO, security, role management, and DNS).
- Hands-on experience with VMware and virtualization/hypervisor management.
- Proficiency with Azure AD, AD Connect, and SSO implementation.
- Experience managing DHCP (configuration, migration, and decommissioning) and NPS (including wireless SSL).
- Knowledge of Internal Certificate Authority and Key Management Service (KMS).
- Ability to manage File & Print servers and Windows OS security standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel, and Visio.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
