Description

You will manage and maintain the Windows server infrastructure, focusing on Active Directory, virtualization, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Active Directory environments, including on-premises domains and user/group policies.
• Deploy and maintain VMware virtualization infrastructure, including ESXi, vSphere, SRM, and virtual networks (Distributed and Standard Switches).
• Manage VDI and application delivery solutions to ensure reliable access for end users.
• Develop and execute automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
• Configure and monitor backup solutions, perform troubleshooting, and validate system performance through test plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Windows OS administration (Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019).
• Proven experience with Active Directory Administration and Management.
• Hands-on experience with VMware Virtualization (ESXi, vSphere, SRM).
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and scripting.
• Experience with VDI and application delivery solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various infrastructure responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with communication networks and infrastructure research.
• Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.
