Description

You will manage Microsoft operating system environments, cloud services, and on-premises infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Microsoft Active Directory, Okta, and Office 365 environments.
• Manage physical IT servers, virtual cloud services, and virtual storage configurations.
• Architect, design, and implement cloud services and user access protocols.
• Resolve technical tickets related to email security, encryption, and Microsoft cloud applications.
• Document support requirements, technical procedures, and system administration duties.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Operating Systems as an IT Systems Administrator.
• Extensive experience configuring and supporting Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Okta.
• Experience managing cloud-based services and virtual systems.
• Proficiency with email security and encryption tools, including ProofPoint or Barracuda.
• Experience using service desk tools and processes, such as Ivanti.
• Proven track record providing desktop and direct technical support to business units and stakeholders.
• Ability to implement security parameters as directed by security offices.
• Experience managing both cloud and physical on-site network and system services.
