Description

You will manage Windows server infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and performance across production and non-production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer Windows Server operating systems, roles, and services.
• Monitor system performance and capacity, proactively resolving incidents to minimize downtime.
• Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and security policies via Active Directory.
• Execute regular patching, updates, and maintenance activities aligned with change management processes.
• Implement backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures for Windows systems.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Windows Administrator or in a similar infrastructure role.
• Strong expertise in installing, configuring, and managing Windows Server operating systems.
• Practical experience with system updates, patching, and routine maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows OS and basic network connectivity issues.
• Proven experience in user and access management and basic security hardening.
• Familiarity with ITIL-aligned practices for incident, problem, and change management.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
