Description

You will manage and maintain Windows server environments across on-premises and cloud infrastructures, ensuring availability and reliability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows servers in on-premises and cloud environments to ensure system availability.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations.
• Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions.
• Automate routine tasks and troubleshooting using PowerShell scripting.
• Document configurations and resolve hardware and software issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Windows system administration.
• Proficiency with Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies including Hyper-V and VMware.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for task automation.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud migration projects.
• Knowledge of SQL Server database administration.
• Experience using monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus.
