Description

Manage Windows Server environments across on-prem and AWS, ensuring high availability and operational stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 instances across on-prem and AWS platforms.
• Perform daily server operations including health monitoring, patching, performance tuning, and incident resolution.
• Administer Active Directory-integrated services such as DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and domain-joined systems.
• Manage VM lifecycle activities using VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V, including provisioning, resizing, and optimization.
• Coordinate physical server provisioning, rack and stack, decommissioning, and hardware lifecycle activities.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Windows Server administration.
• Hands-on expertise with VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Proven experience deploying and managing Windows EC2 instances across AWS accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Ability to perform OS-level hardening, patching, and performance monitoring.
• Experience with clustering, redundancy, and failover mechanisms for high availability.
• Capability to collaborate with network, storage, security, and application teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hybrid connectivity and Active Directory integration with cloud workloads.
• Background in capacity planning and resolving host-level performance issues.
