Description

You will manage and maintain Windows client and server environments along with Microsoft 365 SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a stable desktop platform using Windows 11 OSD/OEM RTP.
• Manage Windows deployment and endpoint configuration via SCCM and Intune.
• Administer Active Directory user and computer management and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Viva, and Teams.
• Oversee virtual and remote desktop platforms and application delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Windows engineering and systems administration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell or C# for debugging and scripting.
• Experience with Windows 365, AVD, Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp Server, and XenServer/VMware ESX.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto SASE VPN.
• Knowledge of EntraID and modern browsers like Edge and Chrome.
• Experience using Splunk for monitoring or analysis.
• Ability to manage Microsoft 365 SaaS applications and Cisco WebEx.

Preferred Skills

• MCSE or other Windows-related certifications.
• ITIL V3 Foundation in Service Management certification.
