Description

You will manage enterprise-scale Windows Server environments, ensuring stability and availability through hands-on administration and troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot VMware virtualized infrastructure, including vSphere and ESXi environments.
• Use PowerShell for scripting and automation to streamline operational workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) workflows using Ansible and Terraform for provisioning and configuration management.
• Apply reliability engineering practices across system monitoring, patching, and incident management processes.
• Participate in incident response and high-impact production issue resolution with strong problem-solving skills.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on support for enterprise-scale Windows Server environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization (vSphere/ESXi).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Solid understanding of system monitoring, patching, and incident management.
• Experience managing virtualized and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and operational best practices.
