Description

Administer enterprise Windows Server environments and manage Active Directory infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2008 R2, 2012 R2, and later).
• Manage Active Directory objects, policies, OUs, users, groups, and GPOs.
• Configure AD trusts, forest/child domain relationships, and Sites & Services.
• Administer DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and IIS, ensuring directory health and application support.
• Use PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks and operational workflows.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration.
• Deep expertise in Active Directory administration and Group Policy.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation.
• Experience with IIS administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Windows Server patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer support capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Exchange Server administration and Exchange Online / Office 365 support.
• Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) exposure.
• Knowledge of server security hardening and ITIL processes.

Education: Relevant IT degree or equivalent practical experience.
