Description

You will support custom and COTS applications running on Windows Server and IIS infrastructure in a 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and engineer custom and COTS applications hosted on Windows Server.
• Manage and troubleshoot applications running in IIS within the Windows infrastructure.
• Perform application upgrades across Windows Server environments.
• Maintain highly available applications using Microsoft Clustering and network load balancing.
• Provide technical support including on-call duties.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting Windows Applications and Web Application Server Administration.
• Expertise in Microsoft IIS and web application support, with a deep understanding of application pools.
• Strong experience troubleshooting .NET applications on web servers.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, VB Script, and Web Servers.
• Advanced Windows OS and application troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Clustering and network load balancing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a corporate environment supporting mission-critical infrastructure.
