Description

You provide L2/L3 support for Windows-based IIS-hosted applications and manage server-level configurations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application and server issues for IIS-hosted applications with minimal peer dependency.
• Lead vendor patching, release deployments, and incident management in ServiceNow.
• Manage IIS servers, application pools, and SSL/TLS certificate lifecycles.
• Execute SQL queries and support Active Directory authentication processes.
• Collaborate with network teams on firewall rules and support Disaster Recovery procedures.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in Windows Application Support, specifically with IIS-hosted applications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for application and server-level issues.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow for incident and change request management.
• Experience with Windows IIS, application pools, and certificate management.
• Basic knowledge of firewalls, networking concepts, and network commands.
• Good understanding of Active Directory for authentication and authorization.
• Ability to create and execute basic SQL queries (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE).
• Understanding of Disaster Recovery processes in the banking domain.
