Description

We are seeking a Windows / Cloud Engineer to support and manage enterprise Windows, virtualization, and cloud environments. The role involves administration, troubleshooting, deployments, automation, and 24x7x365 on-call support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Citrix, Exchange, and IIS environments.
• Manage virtualization platforms including Nutanix, VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, and AHV.
• Support Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure and cloud-based workloads.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, and Jinja2.
• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, deployments, and performance tuning.
• Support enterprise clustering, backup, security hardening, and high-availability environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and project teams on infrastructure initiatives.
• Provide 24x7x365 operational/on-call support, including occasional weekend work.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years preferred for senior levels.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware/Nutanix, and Cloud.
• Hands-on scripting/automation experience with PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with Citrix, Exchange, clustering, backup, and security is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in 24x7 on-call support
