Description

You will own the engineering and operational lifecycle for Windows desktop environments, ensuring security, performance, and availability for stakeholders and regulators.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy solutions that meet strict security and supportability requirements.
• Provide Level-3 support to investigate root causes for escalated technical issues.
• Automate workflows to enable self-service capabilities and improve operational efficiency.
• Author technical documentation, including design specs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Windows desktop engineering.
• Deep understanding of Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server 2019.
• Expertise in SCCM OSD orchestration and software delivery.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation and management.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 Intune Modern Management.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/NRPT, PKI/CA, RADIUS, and NPS.
• Strong troubleshooting using event logs, SysInternals tools, and memory dump analysis.
• Experience migrating enterprise workloads to the cloud, such as network drives to OneDrive.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Windows Modern Management, including AutoPilot and Windows 365.
• Familiarity with infrastructure tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
