Description

Manage end-to-end patching for Windows servers and endpoints in a multisite corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer software and patch deployments using SCCM across multiple sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve disruptions within the SCCM infrastructure.
• Provide 3rd line technical support for Windows servers and workstations.
• Analyze infrastructure performance to suggest and implement technical improvements.
• Generate metrics and reporting for stakeholders and contribute to customer meetings.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience working with SCCM.
• Deep knowledge of Windows Endpoint Patch Management using SCCM and WSUS.
• Experience managing patching processes in a multisite corporate environment.
• Proven ability to provide 3rd line technical support for Windows Server and workstations.
• Experience generating metrics and reporting for stakeholders.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tanium.
