Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for a Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop environment consisting of 150+ Azure-hosted compute servers and 250 Windows desktops.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop environment.
• Maintain, tune, and harden the existing Microsoft 365 E5 solution.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the Rubrik Backup solution.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving single or multiple information systems through interaction with technicians, analysts, and specialists.
• Execute software installation, modification, testing, and documentation across various platforms.
• Participate in an on-call rotation one week per month.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical experience in Windows administration.
• Deep expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Proficiency in Windows 10 Administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of Microsoft DNS.
• Experience working within the tolling industry.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong technical written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Azure IaaS experience.
