Description

Manage 150+ Azure-hosted compute servers and 200 Windows desktops while maintaining the Microsoft 365 E5 environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and tune the Microsoft 365 E5 solution.
• Harden the Microsoft 365 E5 environment to ensure security compliance.
• Troubleshoot complex problems across multiple information systems and platforms.
• Create, install, and modify software across various environments.
• Participate in an on-call rotation scheduled for one week per month.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Windows engineering.
• Deep expertise in Active Directory administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Group Policy management.
• Experience managing compute servers in Azure environments.
• Strong technical documentation and written communication skills.
• Experience troubleshooting multi-platform software and system issues.
• Ability to work independently on projects with limited supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure IaaS.
