Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for a Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop environment, managing 150+ Azure-hosted compute servers and 250 Windows desktops.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop infrastructure.
• Maintain, tune, and harden the Microsoft 365 E5 solution.
• Administer the Rubrik Backup solution and act as its subject matter expert.
• Troubleshoot complex multi-system issues by collaborating with technicians and specialists.
• Execute software installation, modification, testing, and documentation across platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical experience in Windows administration.
• Deep expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Proficiency in Windows 10 Administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft DNS.
• Strong technical written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Azure IaaS experience.
