Description

You will design and implement infrastructure for contact center buildouts, expansions, and decommissionings.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure and system engineering designs for internally hosted solutions.
• Develop automation processes to deploy systems, applications, containers, and surrounding technologies.
• Lead technical project assignments and document designs for project and operations teams.
• Write scripts to automate repeatable processes and system tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, validate, and manage technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-class infrastructure and system engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and SQL.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms.
• Proficiency in automation and script development.
• Experience designing and implementing High Availability, Active/Active, and Disaster Recovery solutions.
• Working knowledge of networking protocols and components.
• Ability to work effectively within matrixed teams and collaborate remotely.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Previous experience in call center environments.
