You will manage and support data protection infrastructure across enterprise datacenters, data rooms, and cloud-based archive storage. You will maintain Windows Server 2016/2019 environments, manage virtualization, and lead disaster recovery efforts.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019 environments, including hardware, peripherals, services, and storage.
- Manage server virtualization environments and support private cloud architectures.
- Lead disaster recovery events and develop runbooks for recovery, patching, and system builds.
- Perform capacity planning, performance analysis, and proactive monitoring of data protection infrastructure.
- Document infrastructure diagrams, installation procedures, and system standards.
Required Skills
- Advanced experience with Windows Server (2016/2019) and Windows Desktop operating systems.
- Experience with Linux and Unix operating systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of VMware Hypervisor and Citrix technologies.
- Experience managing datacenter hardware, including traditional, converged, and hyper-converged platforms.
- Proficiency in application patching and system builds.
- Working knowledge of storage-based technologies in a datacenter setting.
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
- Ability to use scripting languages for automation and reporting.
- Experience providing second and third-level technical support.

- Experience architecting and building IT infrastructure.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and leading technical projects.
