Description

You will manage and support Windows-based infrastructure and identity services in a fully remote environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory environments across on-premises and Azure AD.
• Administer Microsoft O365 services and related technologies.
• Integrate and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
• Resolve technical issues independently using strong problem-solving skills.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Windows Systems Engineer.
• Deep expertise in Active Directory.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365.
• Experience with Azure AD.
• Proven experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) integration and management.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting experience using PowerShell.
• Exposure to patch management tools and processes.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes or service ticketing systems.
