Description

Act as the subject matter expert for the Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop environment, supporting 150+ Azure compute servers and 250 Windows desktops. Own the maintenance, tuning, and hardening of the Microsoft 365 E5 solution and the Rubrik Backup infrastructure. Manage Active Directory and Group Policy configurations across multiple domains. Participate in a monthly on-call rotation to troubleshoot complex information system issues. Collaborate with technical teams to create, install, and modify software across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer and harden Windows Server 2019/2016 and Azure IaaS environments.
• Manage Active Directory and Group Policy objects for 250+ desktops.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the Microsoft 365 E5 deployment.
• Oversee Rubrik Backup solution administration and recovery operations.
• Document configurations and resolve escalated technical incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience with Windows Server 2019/2016.
• 5+ years experience administering Active Directory.
• 5+ years experience configuring Group Policies.
• 3+ years experience with Windows 10 administration.
• 1+ years experience with Rubrik Backup in Azure.
• 1+ years experience in the tolling industry.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years experience managing multiple domains.
• 2+ years experience with Microsoft DNS and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Azure IaaS.
