Description

You will manage and support Salesforce environments and IIS server infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Salesforce applications and IIS servers to maintain system stability and security.
• Resolve production incidents related to Salesforce and IIS to minimize business downtime.
• Optimize application performance through server tuning, configuration adjustments, and capacity planning.
• Coordinate the installation of patches, updates, and upgrades for both Salesforce and IIS servers.
• Maintain technical documentation for configurations, processes, and incident reports.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and IIS server management within a production support role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Direct experience with IIS server administration and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues across Salesforce and Windows environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder.
• Microsoft certifications including MCSA: Windows Server.
