Description

You manage Windows IIS middleware environments, resolving tickets within SLAs and coordinating with network, firewall, and data center teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure IIS and application pools, handling recycles, CPU/disk space issues, and service alerts.
• Mine and archive logs, renew SSL certificates, and maintain consistent tracking in ServiceNow.
• Address security vulnerabilities identified via Qualys scans and ensure timely remediation.
• Analyze recurring incidents, provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and execute problem management.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience administering Windows Platform environments.
• Hands-on expertise with IIS and Application Pool recycles.
• Ability to troubleshoot CPU and disk space issues effectively.
• Experience managing service alerts and log mining/archiving.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing systems and SLA management.
• Knowledge of SSL certificate renewal processes.
• Understanding of network infrastructure interactions (load balancers, firewalls).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Qualys vulnerability management.
• Background in problem management and RCA documentation.
