Description

You will own the lifecycle management, operation, and support of the Windows infrastructure and Active Directory estate.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of Active Directory and Windows Server estate lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and MFA.
• Administer MFA technologies across both server and client components.
• Manage and monitor ServiceNow tickets and remediation tasks from monitoring systems.
• Create and maintain technical design documentation, operational support guidelines, and policies.
• Execute change, incident, and problem management processes within an ITIL framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a similar Microsoft AD and Server environment role.
• Deep expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Strong administration skills in Windows Server (2012 through 2019).
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell, SCCM, and SCOM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 services and Endpoint Manager.
• Experience supporting MS Exchange.
• Practical knowledge of VMware ESX and vSphere virtual environments.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes (ITILv3 or ITIL4).
• Ability to obtain Security Clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019) or Azure certifications.
• Technical interest in Dell/EMC (VxRail/ESXi) Storage Management.
