Windows Infrastructure SME

We are looking for skilled Windows Infrastructure SME to manage and maintain our Windows system. In this role, you will be responsible for installing or upgrading Windows-based systems and servers, managing user access to the servers, and maintaining the security and stability of the network.

To ensure success as a Windows Administrator, you should have in-depth knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance, advanced coding skills, and the ability to solve complex IT issues.

Windows Administrator Responsibilities:

 

·      Advanced Knowledge / working hands on experience/ Troubleshooting skills on below technologies is must

·      Supporting & managing & Migrating Windows (2012/2016/2019) infra servers /Applications to cloud

·      Excellent understanding of Active Directory and related infrastructure components such as AD, AAD, DNS, DHCP, Radius, SSH, Print server, patch management, Citrix Hypervisor, Access Packages, Federation, ATA, Group policy TCP/IP

·      Up to date knowledge of Microsoft best practice around security practices and technologies

·      PowerShell, Python and power apps, Automation skills is must to automate day to day tasks/records

·      Ability to write technical and operational management documentation (system design and engineering documents, operational run books, high level design through to build and implementation)

·      Strong knowledge of Windows security and auditing

·      Monitoring patches, permissions, and service deployments

·      Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups.

·      Monitoring system performance.

·      Troubleshooting system and server errors.

·      Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors.

·      Monitoring and updating the Windows codebase.

·      Managing user access.

Requirements

Windows Administrator Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Proven work experience as a Windows Administrator is preferred.
  • Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with modern operating systems and server platforms.
  • Knowledge of network security systems and data backup.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
