Description
You will provide multi-platform technical support and basic network assistance for manufacturing operations.
This role is on-site.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Windows workstations, desktops, and laptops hands-on.
- Manage and resolve system breakdowns within required timeframes.
- Execute workstation cloning and desktop backup procedures.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call support for manufacturing operations.
Required Skills
- Windows desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
- Linux/Unix OS support.
- Mac OS support.
- Basic network support and operations.
- System imaging and workstation cloning.
- Data backup and recovery management.
- Experience managing system breakdowns under time constraints.
