Description

You will own the execution and support of the Windows 11 migration initiative.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Windows 11 migration project to meet enterprise timelines and standards.
• Provide daily break/fix and new hire support, addressing high-volume service requests.
• Manage and resolve lifecycle and project orders to reduce backlog and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to diagnose and resolve system-related issues impacting end-user support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience with Windows 11 OS deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and system management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API for integration across Microsoft 365 services.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Any Graduate.
