Develop and maintain high-performance Windows network drivers, ensuring strict compliance with industry standards and internal quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Windows network drivers using C and C++.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical specifications and system architecture.
• Design and execute functional, performance, and load tests with comprehensive code coverage.
• Implement improvements to the driver development process and testing suites.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to elevate team capabilities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in low-level Windows driver development, specifically focused on network drivers.
• Expertise in C and C++ programming.
• Deep knowledge of Windows internals, kernel-mode programming, memory management, and system architecture.
• Proficiency with NDIS (Network Driver Interface Specification) and Windows Driver Kit (WDK).
• Strong understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, and HTTP.
• Experience using WinDbg and other Windows performance profiling tools.
• Proven ability to define and implement development and QA processes, including build systems and version control.
• Experience writing tests using MSTest.
• Background in low-level IO (LLIO) development.
