Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Windows 10 image builds, configurations, and releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, test, and manage the release of Windows 10 images.
• Design and implement structured technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Automate application packaging and image management processes.
• Document technical designs, project milestones, and change management procedures.
• Provide technical guidance to clients to resolve complex issues.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Windows 10 Image Build, Configuration, Testing, and Release Management.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with Radiya for image, software, and patch management.
• Knowledge of PowerShell code testing using Pester.
• Experience with application packaging automation using Resilio and Ansible.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong architecture and design skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Confluence for knowledge management.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes in ServiceNow.
• ITIL and relevant certifications.

Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, or M.Tech).
