Engineer, build, and certify Windows 10 images for diverse hardware architectures while ensuring strict adherence to release standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Windows 10 image build, configuration, testing, and release management processes.
• Develop and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts for automation, including code testing with Pester.
• Manage image, software, and patch distribution using Radia.
• Automate application packaging using Resilio and Ansible.
• Document solutions and guide clients through ITSM processes using ServiceNow and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Windows OS image engineering and customization.
• Expert-level PowerShell scripting and automation practices.
• Hands-on experience with Radia for image and patch management.
• Proficiency in application packaging automation with Resilio and Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, ITSM processes, and Confluence.
• Ability to translate customer pain points into technical design solutions.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL certification.
• Experience presenting technical solutions to clients.
