Description

Provide technical support and debugging for Windows-based environments, owning issue isolation, testing, and reporting within client settings.

Responsibilities

• Debug technical issues using intermediate troubleshooting methodologies.
• Conduct software testing to identify and validate system defects.
• Write detailed, actionable issue reports for the engineering team.
• Manage deliverables independently while working within client environments.

Required Skills

• 4 to 8 years of technical experience in OS support.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows and Windows software.
• Intermediate debugging and issue isolation skills.
• Ability to document complex technical issues clearly.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HP systems including Sudden Impact, DASH, or Pulsar.
• Knowledge of Linux environments.
• Experience with VDI remote computing solutions such as Citrix or VMware.
